Payments and receipts

Your purchase is sold through Link, which processes the payment. Your card statement shows LINK.COM. Link sends your receipts, invoices and refund emails. For a payment problem you can also contact Link support.

Refunds

If the library isn't live by January 31, 2027, you get a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancel any time before launch and we refund you in full.

To request a refund, email [email protected]. Refunding a founding seat also cancels the subscription, so it never renews.

Renewal and cancelling

Your founding rate renews at $399 on January 31, 2028. Renews at $399 a year from launch for as long as you stay subscribed. Cancel any time.

To cancel, email [email protected]. A self-serve billing page comes at launch. Link's emails call the time until your first renewal a trial. It is not one: you have already paid for your first year.

Your metro

A founder claims one metro area, based on the ZIP code of their agency. While you stay subscribed, no other advisor can get the Travel Stories library in your metro. If a metro is already held, you can join its waitlist, and we email you if it opens up during founding. The full details are in the terms.
