This policy covers travelplanners.dev and the TravelPlanners Travel Stories sign-up and founding offer. Last updated October 23, 2026.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you ask to hear about the launch.
• The link that brought you here, such as a referral tag or campaign name, so we know which introductions work.
• If you buy a founding seat: your name, agency name and agency ZIP code.
• Payment details are entered in Stripe's embedded checkout form on our page. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic visit statistics through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed and the steps you complete.

How we use it

To email you about the launch and your founding seat, to run the founding offer and its city exclusivity, to set up your stories, and to understand how people find us. We do not sell your information.

Who else handles it

Payments are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which is the merchant of record for your purchase. Link receives the details needed to process payment and calculate tax, such as your name, email and billing address, and sends your receipts, invoices and refund emails under its own privacy terms. Resend sends our email. Google Analytics measures visits. Our database runs on servers we manage. Each sees only what it needs to do its job.

ZIP code data includes GeoNames (geonames.org), licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. For privacy requests, such as seeing, correcting or deleting what we hold about you, email [email protected]. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
